Churches should be diverse as the people whom they are trying to reach. Is your church longing to be a part of the bigger picture, to see every pocket of culture transformed? No matter how healthy your church may be, it cannot reach everyone by itself. As Rick Warren says, it takes all kinds of churches to reach all kinds of people!
Is God calling your local congregation to lead a movement that goes beyond the walls of your building? Could your church set the precedent by becoming a Church Multiplication Center, a leader to which all churches in your area turn for guidance in church planting? Become the church that God intended... one that is known not by how many members you retain, but by how many members you release!
NCI partners with missional churches that want to become Church Multiplication Centers for their communities. Imagine the possibilities.
Our Vision
- Your church would plant four to six new churches per year. These churches would probably reach at least 500-600 new people within a year. They should reach predominantly unchurched people! Most of them should grow at an annual rate of at least 20% per year in their first four years.
- After five years you should have 20-25 new churches, with an average weekly attendance of over 4,000, most of whom come from unchurched backgrounds.
- These new churches should strive to plant a church before their third birthday and then plant at least one church annually thereafter. If they can do this effectively, the combined attendance in five years should exceed 7,000.
- In two to three years, your church’s members can be equipped and certified to lead training and assessments, as well as to coach new planters.
- Your church can become a regional and national leader among all evangelicals in church multiplication. Within three to four years, we envision potential planters from around the region seeking out your church for church planter training and support. More importantly, you will be fulfilling the Great Commission, discipling your members, and making a phenomenal impact for the kingdom!
By becoming a Church Multiplication Center, you will have an exponentially greater impact on the world than if you focus solely on those people who walk through your church’s doors.
NCI serves churches who want to achieve this vision in one of three ways:
- We will consult with you to help you develop the necessary strategies and systems.
- We will implement the necessary strategies and systems for you and then “hand over the reins” for you to maintain and run the Center.
- We will form a strategic partnership with you through which you can outsource both the implementation and the maintenance of the Center to NCI. Though NCI staff will be directing the Center, it will be housed within your church, will disciple your congregation, and will be known as a ministry of your church.

But don’t just take our word for it!
We need NCI to lead our strategic church planting efforts in our diverse, multi-ethnic mission field.
