where education and eternity collide
Come be an exchange student for a semester or a year in Puebla, Mexico. Choose from three of the most prestigious universities in Latin America: Universidad de las Americas (UDLA), Tec de Monterrey (Puebla campus), or Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla.

We will hook you up with full-time NCI staff members who have lived in Puebla for over 13 years and who have a passion for reaching the students on the campuses in Puebla! They have been asking God to send them 100 exchange students every year to reach the campus in ways that they cannot.
They are praying for insiders – you – to come study and live the college life while intentionally forming spiritual friendships with the diverse student population. God has a purpose for you in this time of your life, a purpose that may pass you by unless you act on it now!
Why go to Mexico?
- Experience firsthand what God is doing around the world.
- Expose yourself to a friendly, lively, and diverse culture
- Go deeper in your spiritual walk than ever before as you identify with Jesus in His purpose, ministry, and sacrifice.
- Fellowship with other believers gathered around a common purpose.
- Be an ambassador of Jesus Christ, and watch Him transform people’s lives through you!!!

The Practical Stuff [build your résumé]
There is a good chance your university has a reciprocal exchange agreement with at least one of the universities in Puebla, enabling you to do most, if not all, of the following:
- have a personal advisor who helps you apply, choose transferable classes, and arrange your travel and housing
- receive academic credit for all the classes you take abroad
- Pay tuition to your home university just as if you were taking classes in the United States (saving you the expensive costs of international tuition)
- Continue receiving any scholarships and financial aid you already have
- Apply for scholarships set aside by your university for students who study abroad
Students who have studied abroad are constantly saying what an enriching impact their travels made on their lives. Employers are always scanning résumés looking for those who have studied abroad. Cultural awareness and proficiency in another language separate the average from the exceptional.
In today’s competitive global market, you can’t afford not to study abroad!

The Exciting Stuff [build God’s kingdom]
We want to connect you with what God is doing in Mexico. Rather than go to a foreign country alone, we’ll help you get plugged into the body of Christ so your time abroad will have eternal impact.
The Basiles host a weekly Bible study called El Oasis. Get a glimpse of heaven as you see students from all over the world gather to learn about God, worship Him, and embrace each other as their familia en Cristo.
