Currently enrolling for 2008!

When?             One Thursday every other month from 9:00 a.m. to

                            6:00 p.m.

Where?            To be determined.

Who?                Any ministry leader (pastoral or lay).  Each learning

                            community will be limited to fifteen participants.

What?                 Each one day retreat will include:

• Three leadership coaching sessions focused on the personal, interpersonal, and missional dimensions of leadership.  The missional dimension will primarily focus on the externally focused church and the missional/incarnational church paradigms.
• An hour of round table discussion & dialogue with the large group.
• An hour of silence and solitude to be spent in either spiritual formation or strategic thinking.
• An hour with a smaller peer group.
• Lunch.
• Three times per year a guest speaker will be invited to lead one of our sessions.

What else?       Your fee includes one personal coaching session with

                              Ken Shuman outside of the regular meeting.

Cost?                   $1500.00 for the year.  The tuition fee may be paid

                              monthly, bi-monthly, or annually.

If after the first session you aren’t completely satisfied with the Leadership Leaning Community we will refund your tuition.  If you remain in the group after the first session you will be billed for the entire year, however; regardless of whether you attend every session or not.
